Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit of £30 is required to secure all appointments. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment and failure to attend your appointment (no-show) will result in the loss of your £30 deposit.

If you cancel your appointment more than 48 hours in advance, your deposit can be exchanged for a £30 credit voucher, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Appointments rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment time will require a new £30 non-refundable deposit, as the original deposit cannot be transferred.

Appointments rescheduled more than 48 hours in advance may transfer the existing deposit to the new appointment date.

By booking an appointment with Chloe's Aesthetics Clinic and paying the required deposit, you acknowledge, understand, and accept the terms of this Cancellation Policy.
